Warehouse Operations Area Leader

Amazon is looking for an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 50–100 hourly Associates in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role focuses on safety, quality, attendance, and performance on the warehouse floor.

You will mentor crews, coordinate shifts, and ensure tools and training are in place to meet daily goals. Amazon provides extensive leadership development and training to grow as a people manager.
