We support cleaning business owners by providing Virtual Assistants who help manage their day-to-day operations.
This is not a quiet, data-entry-only VA role. You’ll interact with customers, handle inbound calls, manage schedules and inboxes, and have sales conversations that help turn inquiries into booked cleaning services.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

✔ Are comfortable with customer service and light sales
✔ Like staying busy and having a productive workday
✔ Can organize your own workload without constant supervision
✔ Take ownership and follow through when something needs to get done
What your day may include:
- Answering inbound customer calls — no cold calling
- Responding to customer questions and service requests
- Helping potential customers choose and book the right cleaning service
- Following up with le and customers
- Managing schedules, calendars, and inboxes
- Completing administrative and operational tasks
- Keeping things organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
What we’re looking for:
- A quiet, professional work-from-home environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfort with sales and asking for the booking
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Reliability and consistent availability
- Ability to work independently and learn new systems
- Previous remote, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
