Slack Platform & AI Integration Engineer/ Slack App Developer

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Slack Platform & AI Integration Engineer/ Slack App Developer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps
• API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks
• AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows.
• For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM , Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc
• Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill).

• Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs
• Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming
