Slack development on Salesforce Platform; Agent force (ideally prior Slack agent implementation)
Additional skills or exp required:
Slack expertise is critical - team is actively supporting Slack development and needs someone who can operate independently.
Strong Agent force + Slack agent implementation experience is an acceptable substitute.
Deliverable & Scope Expectations:
Current and future-state process assessment in Slack; Slack development for Salesforce Platform.
Client has provided high-level Slack Agent requirements and plans to write user stories next week.
Several Slack items are in flight and awaiting internal Slack-team support.
