Senior Manager, Global Brand, Out of Home
Job Description:
- Lead development and execution of global brand OOH plans across North America for key Crocs product stories
- Ensure OOH brand media campaigns and content support seasonal integrated marketing plans
- Collaborate with the Brand Media team to align OOH with the overarching global brand media strategy
- Develop creative campaign ideation in partnership with the production team
- Partner with internal teams to transition strategy and planning into execution and reporting
- Maintain frequent communication to facilitate strategic alignment and collaborative partnerships
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to identify innovation opportunities
- Communicate with International Markets about local trends and optimal OOH approaches
- Drive brand consideration, awareness, and new customers to Crocs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8+ years of extensive experience and proficiency in OOH media
- Strong foundation in brand
- Significant experience strategically planning and managing paid media across differing marketing-funnel objectives
- Experience planning and buying across traditional, digital, and experiential OOH media
- Track record of building OOH plans that drive awareness and consideration
- Strong negotiation skills across partners, markets, and formats
- Established relationships with major OOH media and print vendors
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate complex data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy
- Experience working within a matrixed organization and driving alignment across departments
- Excellent project management oversight abilities
- Previous retail/footwear experience preferred but not required
