We're seeking experienced professionals to work as independent contractors, connecting with prospective clients who have requested information about our leadership education programs.
Your role is to understand each person's goals, determine whether our programs are an appropriate fit, and guide qualified individuals through the enrollment process.
This is not a salaried or hourly position. It is a remote independent contractor opportunity for professionals who enjoy working independently and are comfortable in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to inquiries from prospective clients who have requested information
- Conducting scheduled phone and video conversations to understand individual goals
- Providing accurate information about leadership education programs
- Determining program suitability based on each prospective client's needs
- Guiding qualified individuals through the enrollment process
- Maintaining accurate records using company-provided systems
- Participating in onboarding and ongoing training resources
- Following company guidelines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical communication
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who have:
- Three or more years of experience in consultative sales, client success, recruiting, admissions, account management, customer relationship management, education, or another client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build rapport through professional conversations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using video conferencing platforms and CRM software
- Reliable internet access and a professional home office workspace

Compensation
This is a performance-based independent contractor - self employment opportunity.
Income is generated through successful client enrollments and varies based on each contractor's individual effort, activity, and business performance. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
The earnings range displayed in this posting represents annualized profit outcomes reported by some independent contractors operating at varying levels of activity.
