1. Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud aligned with business goals.
2. Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and governance.
3. Hands-on development and configuration using Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform customization.
4. Drive Agentforce (AI capabilities in Salesforce) design and implementation, with proven recent project experience.
5. Define data architecture, data models, and data integration strategies leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
7. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams across the Salesforce ecosystem.
8. Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization across all Salesforce platforms.
9. Manage integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
10. Required: 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, strong certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect or equivalent), and a hands-on delivery mindset.
