Entry Level Roughnecks – Oilfield Drilling Crews – Morgantown, WV

Expand Energy is hiring Roughnecks to support oilfield drilling operations in Morgantown, WV and surrounding areas. Candidates will perform rig-up/rig-down, assist drillers and derrickmen, and maintain equipment in high-pressure, high-risk environments. This position suits individuals comfortable with physical labor, long hours, and a rotating, on-call schedule in extreme outdoor conditions.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–6+ years of relevant experience
• Health, Safety & Environment orientation training
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass drug screening, background, and physical fitness assessments
