Residential Worker
LHH seeks a Residential Worker to ensure the Interim Housing site is a safe environment for all staff, program participants, and visitors. This includes monitoring the site's facilities and grounds for any concerns, building rapport with participants to engage them in maintaining safety at the site, and providing assistance and support when crisis situations do arise.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Distribute food and linens.
- Build positive community relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Document case notes and relevant information regarding families.
- Engage with the homeless population and individuals with mental health challenges in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Conduct wellness checks.
- College students or individuals with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations, including the homeless and those with mental health issues.
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus.
- Must be okay with harm reduction model.
