[Remote] Sr. Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Job Details | McDonald's Corporation

The Sr. Solutions Architect, ServiceNow will design scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on core IT modules, AI capabilities, and Employee Workflows, while guiding implementation, governance, integrations, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business requirements, focusing primarily on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM
• Drive AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating AI capabilities, including Now Assist and our custom virtual assistant Otto, to enhance user experience and automate processes
• Champion Employee Workflows: Design and guide the implementation of scalable Employee Workflows to streamline services for HR, Workplace Services, and employee onboarding
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Maintain a high standard of technical quality by reviewing solution designs and providing mentorship to development teams on best practices
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical designs
• Govern Platform Integrity: Ensure that all new solutions are designed in alignment with our 'Golden Instance' principles and platform governance standards
• Optimize Integration Pathing: Architect robust integrations utilizing IntegrationHub and secure REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external corporate platforms
• Document Solutions Architecture: Formulate and maintain detailed technical design documentation, architecture maps, and integration schemas
