Remote SNAP QA Consultant: Policy & Process

Public Consulting Group (PCG) seeks a SNAP Quality Assurance Consultant to join our Human Services team on multiple projects across states, analyzing SNAP eligibility operations, QA processes, and performance data to deliver effective improvements.

You will observe processes, review QC findings, and translate insights into training, policy clarifications, or system changes, helping states reduce errors and improve service delivery. Remote work is supported where eligible.
