Remote Health Coach - Enrollment (Bilingual Spanish)

Scene Health in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Enrollment Health Coach (Bilingual) to perform high-volume outreach and enroll patients into our health program for medication adherence and lifestyle changes.

You will connect with patients by phone, SMS, and video, guiding them to Scene services, and help with app setup and onboarding while maintaining detailed records in our system. This remote role requires weekend availability and strong empathetic communication.
