Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets. Continuously develop knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals. Follow up with customers to ensure their financial needs are being met.
