<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Salesforce Project Manager</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, United States</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Contract</p><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Salesforce, Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Project Manager</strong> to lead a Salesforce modernization initiative.</p><p>This role will manage project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, oversee vendors, track risks and issues, and provide executive-level project reporting.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce project management experience, Agile/Scrum experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must be able and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Why join us?</p><ul><li>Fully remote opportunity</li><li>Work on a Salesforce modernization initiative</li><li>Opportunity to support a government-focused technology program</li><li>Work with cross-functional technical and business teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If interested, please apply here or email your resume to Jessica Nishad at jessica@atalnt.com</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead Salesforce modernization projects from planning through delivery</li><li>Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate Salesforce technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership</li><li>Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities</li><li>Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through RAID logs</li><li>Oversee vendor activities and project deliverables</li><li>Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting</li><li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans</li><li>Maintain project documentation and governance processes</li><li>Ensure effective communication across technical and business teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>4+ years of project management experience with Salesforce initiatives</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations, modernization, or enhancement projects</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Experience managing vendors, stakeholders, risks, and issues</li><li>Strong experience with RAID logs and project governance</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience providing executive-level project reporting</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>U.S. Citizenship required</li><li>Ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Federal or government project experience</li><li>Salesforce implementation or modernization experience</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce developers, architects, administrators, and business analysts</li><li>PMP, CSM, or related project management certification</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
