Porter (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable and dynamic Porter to join our Maintenance team!

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining the community to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
• Regularly clean parking lots, ensuring they are free from debris and clutter.
• Maintain cleanliness in trash areas both inside and outside the complex.
• Remove trash from apartments as needed, adhering to waste disposal guidelines.
• Keep common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and recreation areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure elevators and stairwells are clean and free from any hazards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms in common areas regularly.
• Perform other duties assigned or required to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and supplies.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on the needs of the community.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
