Spotify Trust & Safety seeks a Policy Support Specialist to bolster and monetization policy enforcement across review and podcast monetization. You'll partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations, improve workflows, and support policy updates.
You'll analyze data, coordinate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications, and participate in on-call coverage as needed. Fluency in English is required; experience with Salesforce/SQL is a plus.
