Part-Time Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $27.25 | Year 3 - $28.00 | Year 4 - $28.00 | Year 5 - $29.00

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to effectively fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment while unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts as per established guidelines.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and management to share information.
• Provide constructive feedback to management regarding process improvements.
• Inspect products and report quality or safety concerns to management.
• Make independent decisions within your responsibility area.
• Assist in achieving warehouse management budget goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
• Follow ergonomic procedures to ensure workplace safety.
• Operate equipment safely during job functions.
• Notify management of any quality or safety concerns.
• Other assigned duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Perform tasks involving sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and walking.
• Work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment as needed.
