Position Overview
As the Assistant Retail Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily sales operations, lead and inspire staff, and maintain high visual standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store execution. A commission will be established for meeting weekly store goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Leadership & Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor, drive individual and team sales targets, and handle customer feedback professionally.
· Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, register audits, and inventory management/stock replenishment.
· Team Supervision: Support, coach, and guide sales associates; foster a positive, high-energy team environment.
· Visual Merchandising: Ensure store displays, inventory presentation, and cleanliness meet visual standards.
· Problem Solving: Handle day-to-day operational issues, customer inquiries, and administrative duties in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or supervisory roles preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer/administrative tasks.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and key peak hours.
· Must be ready for an immediate start.
