Outdoor Experts Wanted: Footwear, Camping, Apparel (Base + Commission)

The Role:

We’re hiring summer seasonal commission- based selling experts for our Outdoors divisions.

This is not typical retail—customers expect real expertise, not a sales pitch. Our most successful associates build trust, earn repeat business, and maximize their income over time.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience: hiking, camping, backpacking, or outdoor sports
• Knowledge of boots, packs, and technical apparel
• Familiarity with Hudson Valley/Catskills hiking. A plus global knowledge
• Ability to speak from real experience

Requirements

• Weekend availability required

Pay & Perks

• $17.00–$18.50/hour + commission
• ~28 hours per week
