Home2 Suites by Hilton is offering an opportunity to work at the Front Desk for night audit .

This front line position will assist our guests from check-in through check-out. Duties include, but not limited to: front desk operations, assistance with our breakfast, assistance with meeting room functions, minor accounting work, reservation and telephone sales, communication of work between housekeeping and front desk needs. The position requires mature attitude, good work ethic, friendly personality. We expect our employees to approach their work with passion, enthusiasm, and attention to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Booking reservations for individuals, families and groups as required.
Answering the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs.
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk.
Resolve guest requests and complaints.
Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Also must handle light maintenance, lifting and any other requirements stated in employee handbook. Requires a lot of bending, stooping, lifting and moving.
Ability to pass background check.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
2+ years customer service experience preferred
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
High school diploma/GED required
