Network Recruiter – Restoration Contractor Recruiting
Job Description:
- Source contractor network vendors using various search methods to build a robust vendor network pipeline
- Own the contractor network vendor experience
- Monitor contractor network vendor trends and best practices
- Manage the interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure screening, selection, and onboarding follow Accuserve Solutions policies and procedures
- Manage large sales territories
- Research and identify strong contractor network vendors using email and phone outreach
- Enroll qualified contractor candidates into Accuserve’s network
- Conduct daily outbound telephone-based network sign-up campaigns
- Use negotiation and leadership abilities to drive the Accuserve business model
- Communicate and educate contractor candidates about the Accuserve model and benefits by phone, video calls, in-person site visits, and trade shows
- Collaborate on updating marketing templates for signup goals and educational campaigns
- Maintain vendor databases
- Conduct program training and onboarding for contractor vendors as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate degree or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior sales experience required
- Previous sales or vendor management experience required
- Previous sales or vendor management experience involving outbound or external sales activities and negotiation required
- Prior experience managing a large sales territory preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required
- Ability to use technology devices, software, and applications
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
- Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord if working remotely
