Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 Developer/Architect (JMid-Senior-Architect)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (U.S. based) with occasional travel to client or partner sites as needed

Dynamics 365 – Power Apps Engineer\Developer

Avilamb is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Power Apps implementor\developer\engineer. The primary objective of this position is to develop, test and implement power apps solutions for our government call center clients. Daily duties will cover both support and maintenance of the application(s) and also the development of new features and functions.

Working as part of scrum team in this agile project management environment is part of the job as well. This includes participating in various scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and estimation, sprint reviews and standup meetings.

The type of Dynamics work that is expected from the developer in this position are:

  1. Development of JavaScript and other web resources
  2. Development of PCF controls when needed
  3. Development of workflows and actions
  4. Working with power automate to develop new cloud flows
  5. Upgrading or migrating from on-premises to cloud environments
  6. Development and maintenance of various plugins
  7. MS Dynamis Security Architecture/Configuration understanding
  8. Reporting and data extraction
Required Qualifications:
  1. 5 years + of experience in the implantation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CE
  2. Experience in developing and maintaining Power Apps (Canvas/Model Driven Apps)
  3. 3+ years’ experience with JavaScript for Dynamics
  4. 3+ years’ experience with C# and plugins
  5. 3+ years’ experience in Power Automate\Workflow\Business Process\Actions
  6. Experience in SSIS and KingswaySoft or other Dynamics CRM related to ETL.
  7. 3+ years’ experie3nce in using the Dynamics 365 Web API
  8. Unified Service Desk (USD) experience which is a configuration-based framework by Microsoft that lets call centers build unified agent desktop applications.
  9. Excellent communications skills
  10. Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years of equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience conducting on-premises to cloud migrations
  2. Unified Serice Desktop (USD) experience to work on legacy applications
  3. Experience with legacy CRM/USD migration to Cloud-Native modern work space with possible integreations with AI (Co-Pilot and Azure Open-AI)
  4. One or more Dynamics 365 CE Certifications
  5. Experience working in Azure cloud app services and logic functions
  6. Experience working in Azure Active Directory using application registrations
  7. Experience in backend SQL for Dynamics CRM
