Line edit for 145,000 word manuscript.

I'm looking for a line editor to help me polish my completed YA dystopian romance novel. The manuscript is around 145,000 words. I’m mainly looking for someone who can help make the writing flow better and feel more natural without taking away my own writing style.

The biggest things I want help with are:

-Making sentences and paragraphs flow more naturally

-Making sure each character has their own distinct voice and that their dialogue actually sounds like them

-Improving pacing, especially in places that feel too slow or drag on

-Pointing out scenes, dialogue, descriptions, or individual lines that feel unnecessary

-Cutting repetition and anything that doesn't add much to the story

-Helping strengthen wording where something could have more impact

-Making sure emotional moments feel natural rather than over-written

-Catching awkward or confusing sentences

-Fixing grammar and punctuation when needed even though it's not my main focus
