Pure Wellness Consulting is a growing virtual wellness coaching practice based in Montgomery County, MD, serving teens and adults navigating life transitions. Founded by a Licensed Master Social Worker and Mayo Clinic Trained Health & Wellness Coach, we bridge the gap between "struggling" and needing full clinical therapy.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 wellness/life-transitions coaching to teen and adult clients (virtual sessions)
- Follow up with clients between sessions as needed for accountability
- Maintain basic session notes and scheduling via our practice management system
- Represent the Pure Wellness brand with warmth, professionalism, and appropriate boundaries
- Credentialed or certified wellness/life/health coach (e.g., NBHWC, ICF, or equivalent training)
- Comfortable working with teens and/or adults in transition (divorce, career change, grief, etc.)
- Reliable availability for a consistent caseload
- Strong communicator, self-directed, comfortable with virtual/telehealth platforms
- Alignment with a coaching (not clinical/diagnostic) scope of practice — this is a coaching role, not a therapy role
Starting caseload will grow with the practice — early hires can expect a smaller client load that builds over the first few months as our marketing and referral pipeline ramps up.
