The Fulfillment Center Learning Manager (LM) is an active member of the FC’s Leadership Team, driving and supporting site performance and network initiatives. The Learning Manager actively manages a team of training specialists, overseeing their development and productivity, and ensuring their work aligns with internal customer needs. By partnering with operations, building support teams, Senior Leadership, and external customers such as ACES, PE Field Team, and Business Partners, the LM drives positive impacts on key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience. The LM oversees day‑to‑day operations of the learning organization within the Fulfillment Center, including associate and manager onboarding/training and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance training, ensuring targeted safety metrics are achieved or exceeded.
• Manage the department to meet benchmark standards, auditing and implementing actions to sustain and improve performance.
• Set and communicate goals and objectives across multiple teams including Finance, Operations, Support, and Business Partners.
• Contribute to operational strategy, including financial and learning inputs/outputs.
• Use available data and tools to analyze and construct strategic plans that maintain and/or improve performance.
• Act as a Continuous Improvement SME.
• Communicate processes and changes, ensuring teams are prepared for implementation and adoption.
• Simplify complex information to construct executable plans.
• Compose effective verbal and written communication and identify the appropriate forum for each.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Resume that shows steady progression in Training/Learning Management for the last 5+ years.
• Experience managing an operation leading process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
