This is a full-time position for a passionate designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of projects, and is committed to delivering exceptional design solutions.
Position Overview The ideal candidate is a highly creative and technically skilled designer who can translate client conversations and project goals into compelling design solutions. This person should be confident developing concepts, communicating with clients and consultants, producing high-quality presentations, and advancing projects from early design through construction documentation.
This role requires strong design intuition, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage assigned project tasks. Candidates must have 3–4+ years of professional Revit experience and the ability to produce complete, coordinated Construction Document (CD) sets .
Candidates must be located in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client objectives, project goals, and market trends.
- Translate design ideas into compelling presentations including:
- Concept boards
- Material palettes
- 2D layouts
- 3D renderings
- Client presentations
- Finish selections
- Participate in client meetings and communicate design intent clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout all project phases.
- Create detailed interior design documentation, including:
- Revit models
- Interior elevations
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Finish plans
- Interior details
- Construction documentation sets
- Assist with FF&E selections, specifications, budgeting, and procurement coordination.
- Prepare project quotes, track workflow, and maintain project documentation.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction-related items as needed.
- Maintain awareness of current interior design trends, materials, products, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 3–4+ years of professional interior design experience required.
- Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Revit with demonstrated ability to independently produce CD documentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, or similar design software preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior construction, detailing, materials, and specifications.
- Experience working on commercial projects preferred (multifamily, hospitality, workplace, healthcare, or mixed-use).
- Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop thoughtful design solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience Requirement: 3–4+ years interior design experience with Revit expertise
