Inside Sales Representative, Eastern Region

Job Description:

Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls to business owners
Work in a 100% phone-based, fast-paced sales environment
Work designated local-time schedules: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Own and manage a CRM pipeline of small-business clients using Salesforce
Sell advertising to small local businesses from a home workspace
Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and provide tailored product recommendations
Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection
Use quick-close techniques to exceed individual goals
Navigate the qualification-to-close process while supporting customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
Track and manage daily goals and performance metrics

Requirements:

GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated interest in sales/business or a people-centric industry
Willingness to make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily
General computer and email proficiency
Google Suite proficiency
Access to a distraction-free work environment
Individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots cannot be used
Open to feedback and willing to implement areas of improvement
Strong, engaging interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without oversight
Current US work authorization
Must reside in the Eastern Region of the United States, including the Eastern Time Zone
