Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Description:

• Receive in-bound, client-scripted phone calls.
• Capture name, address, phone number, and other order information.
• Verify said information within the bounds of each phone call.

Requirements:

• MUST BE WILLING TO INTERVIEW AT THE MICAHTEK OFFICE LOCATED IN BROKEN ARROW, OK (at your own expense).
• IF HIRED, APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO COMPLETE "NEW EMPLOYEE PAPERWORK" AT THE MICAHTEK OFFICE LOCATED IN BROKEN ARROW, OK (approximately 45 minutes of paid time).
