Impact Lead, Warehouse Operations

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly Associates in an on-site fulfillment center in Illinois. You will mentor, motivate and manage the team to meet safety, quality, attendance and performance goals, while leveraging extensive training to develop your people leadership skills.

The role requires standing and walking up to 12 hours, rotating nights, weekends or holidays, and overseeing deliveries, pallet handling, and equipment as needed.
