HR Operations Associate
<p>An entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new HR Operations Associate to support HR systems, data governance, reporting, compliance, and process documentation. </p><p><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday</li><li><strong>Hours:</strong> Standard business</li><li><strong>Setting:</strong> Hybrid (at least 4 days a week)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain HR data integrity by performing audits, quality checks, and remediation efforts</li><li>Support recurring and ad hoc HR reporting, including validating outputs and maintaining reporting assets</li><li>Troubleshoot HRIS and employee data issues, partnering with stakeholders to resolve workflow and transaction problems</li><li>Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, process maps, training materials, and other HR documentation</li><li>Support compliance activities, audits, regulatory reporting, and maintenance of policy and position data</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS</li><li>Hands-on experience with Workday</li><li>Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data reconciliation</li><li>Experience investigating and resolving HR data, reporting, and system issues</li><li>Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials</li><li>Experience supporting regulatory reporting, audits, and data quality initiatives</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Experience with HRIS testing and User Acceptance Testing</li><li>Experience supporting cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart<br></li></ul>
