Fulfillment Center Operations Lead

Amazon in Ohio is hiring an Area Manager to lead, mentor and develop a team within our fulfillment network. You will guide 50–100 direct report associates, drive safety, quality and productivity, and own on-floor leadership across shifts. This role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing volume and priorities. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, standing/walking up to 12 hours, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
