Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant
Pay: $25.50/hour
Full-Time | Multiple U.S. bases

As a Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant, your first responsibility is safety. You’ll help create a secure, welcoming inflight experience while supporting customers from boarding through arrival.
You’ll conduct required safety procedures, operate aircraft doors and emergency equipment, provide inflight service, respond to medical or security situations and help customers navigate the moments that can make a travel experience memorable.
This is a highly visible role with real responsibility. Every flight depends on Flight Attendants who can stay prepared, communicate clearly and take action when it matters.
Before you applyWe want you to know the key requirements up front. To be considered, you must:
- Be at least 20 years old to begin the interview process.
- Hold a valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity and be able to travel internationally.
- Be fluent in English, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least six months of customer service or guest-facing experience, such as hospitality, retail, food service, call center or similar work.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance with no visible hand, neck or face tattoos.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Be comfortable assisting customers in a changing operational environment.
- Meet the physical and safety requirements of the role.

Base assignments are determined by operational needs and seniority. Your assigned base may not be the location where you currently live, so you must be willing and able to report to your assigned base as required.
What you’ll doKeep safety at the center of every flight
- Follow FAA and Frontier safety procedures and maintain compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Conduct required preflight equipment and cabin safety checks.
- Prepare, secure and operate aircraft doors, exits and emergency equipment.
- Deliver required safety demonstrations and announcements.
- Monitor the cabin for safety and security throughout the flight.
- Respond to emergency and security situations, including aircraft evacuations when required.
- Administer CPR and first aid when needed.
Support customers throughout the journey
- Welcome and assist customers during boarding and deplaning.
- Communicate clearly and provide helpful, customer-focused support throughout the flight.
- Help customers navigate inflight needs and unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
- Create positive customer experiences through the everyday interactions that happen onboard.
Keep the cabin ready and the service moving
- Prepare and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin and galley.
- Conduct beverage and snack service.
- Support onboard sales.
- Deliver PA announcements and other required customer communications.
- Work with fellow crew members to support a safe and efficient inflight operation.
Be ready when the unexpected happens
- Remain prepared to respond quickly to medical, safety and security events.
- Follow emergency procedures and crew instructions.
- Provide calm, clear direction to customers when circumstances change.
- Work as part of the crew to protect the safety and security of everyone onboard.
What to expect during training
- If selected, you’ll complete 3.5 weeks of initial Flight Attendant training designed to prepare you for Frontier’s inflight safety and service responsibilities.
- Training is unpaid. Lodging and meals are provided.
- After successfully completing training, you’ll complete your Initial Operating Experience (IOE) after becoming a fully certified Frontier Flight Attendant.
Base assignment and Reserve
- This Flight Attendant opportunity supports multiple U.S. locations.
- New hires are assigned to one of Frontier’s 13 bases based on business needs and seniority.
- After certification, you may begin your career on Reserve after moving into a regular schedule. Schedule flexibility and opportunities to transfer bases are influenced by seniority and business needs.
Physical and safety requirements
The Flight Attendant role requires the ability to safely perform essential inflight and emergency responsibilities, including:
- Standing and moving safely throughout a pressurized aircraft cabin for extended periods.
- Lifting and stowing bags weighing approximately 35–50 pounds.
- Pushing and pulling galley carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Reaching overhead up to 67 inches.
- Operating aircraft doors, window exits and emergency equipment.
- Hearing and responding to chimes, announcements, call buttons and crew instructions.
- Bending, balancing and performing repetitive movements while assisting customers.
- Securing yourself in a Flight Attendant jumpseat using standard belts and harnesses without extensions.
