(Some Travel Required)</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><br></p><strong>Position Summary</strong><p>The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and lifestyle support to the Family Principals. Serving as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, this role ensures all private and professional affairs operate with absolute efficiency, discretion, and accuracy.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>Calendar & Travel:</strong> Harmonize master family calendars; make appointments, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations and ground transport.</li><li><strong>Lifestyle & Administrative Support:</strong> Manage personal gifting, dining, luxury shopping, and event management for the family; handle confidential correspondence, mail, and projects.</li><li><strong>Household Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with household staff; oversee vendors and home maintenance contractors.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth families. Must be interested in a long-term role.</li><li><strong>Discretion:</strong> Proven history of handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.</li><li><strong>Tech Proficiency:</strong> Skilled in AI tools, Google Workspace, and productivity apps.</li></ul><strong>Core Skills & Compensation</strong><ul><li><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Highly capable, proactive problem solving, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $140,000 – $160,000+ (DOE) + annual bonus.</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Paid Time-off, Full health coverage, 401(k) after 2 years of service</li></ul>
