DEI Advisor

Job Description:

  • Conduct assessments
  • Support Senior Advisors in conducting organizational assessments
  • Deliver workshops and other engagements in response to assessment findings
  • Support Senior Advisors in the development and implementation of organizational DEI strategies
  • Support Senior Advisors in process-level analysis, recommendation, and strategic implementation on process change recommendations
  • Support project planning to ensure that strategic recommendations are implemented smoothly
  • Provide input on internal policy design and implementation for clients
  • Manage engagements projects with increasing autonomy over time

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources
  • 3+ Years of experience in DEI or a related field
  • Experience with the design and management of employee development and DEI programs
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline essential, preferably with post-graduate qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years working extensively with qualitative and quantitative analysis, KPIs, dashboard metrics, executive reporting and/or analytics (for Analyst roles)
  • Proven experience leading small to large scale projects and initiatives
  • Proven experience working within highly collaborative teams
  • Credible leader able to influence senior leaders without direct authority
