There are no cold calling!
- Work with warm le only — no cold calling
- Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection
- Help families choose the right coverage
- Build relationships through service and trust
- Average commission per sale: $600–$800 on a beginning contract
- Performance-based raises every 2–3 months
- No quotas or income caps
- Free carrier trips and travel incentives available
