Creative Social Media Assistant (Help! My Art Needs a Social Media Bestie ;) ✨) - Contract to Hire

Hi! I’m Andrea.

I’m a cut paper artist and workshop host, and I’m looking for someone who actually enjoys the parts of social media that make me want to hide under a blanket 😂

I love creating the art.

I love teaching the workshops.

I love connecting with people.

But… editing reels? Organizing B-roll? Color correcting photos? Making everything feel polished and cohesive?

That’s where I need you!

The good news is that I’m not looking for someone to figure out my style - I already have a very clear vision for my brand and aesthetic. I just need someone who can get to know that style, and help me bring it to life consistently on Instagram.

I’m not trying to become an influencer or chase viral trends. I just want my Instagram to be a beautiful, consistent reflection of my artwork and workshops - a window into my little corner of the art world. My hope is that it helps more people discover my work, connect with it, and maybe even decide they’d love a workshop or a custom piece of their own.

I’ll provide the artwork, photos, videos, and plenty of ideas. I also have inspo photos for days! 😜 I’d love your help with things like:

🖤 Editing Reels in CapCut (or similar)

🖤 Polishing photos so they feel cohesive

🖤 Organizing my growing library of content

🖤 Helping write captions and choose hashtags

🖤 Creating a simple, sustainable posting rhythm (I’m thinking around one post a week… or working up to it!)

Ideally, this would start with a small paid project so we can get to know each other. If we’re a great fit, I’d love to build an ongoing working relationship as my little art business continues to grow.
