Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Core Banking platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM technologies.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements.
• Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Multi years of Hogan application development experience in Core Banking environments (CASA, Deposits related module exposure is a MUST).
• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
• Experience with one or more modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
• Good understanding of Core Banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
• Experience with Mainframe development tools such as TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes.

Pay: $116,947.70 - $140,840.23 per year
