Test and validate system changes and updates to ensure accuracy and functionality. Train and support end-users on new or updated business systems. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for business improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for business systems and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate new technologies and tools. Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity within business systems. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business systems and processes. Participate in project planning and execution to support business initiatives.
