Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes. Your expertise will help empower clients to reach their full potential through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff working directly with clients.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and healthcare teams to ensure consistency across environments and optimize client care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support intake processes by conducting client assessments, developing treatment goals, and coordinating services for children with disabilities in home-based or school settings.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or registration in Maryland or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Proven experience in data collection, functional assessments, and implementing behavior plans in various settings including home or school environments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
