Delivery Associate

Next Level Logistics is hiring a Delivery Associate to deliver packages in the Salina area. This is a full-time, in-person position with starting pay of $22.50 per hour.

Role Summary

As a Delivery Associate, you will represent Next Level Logistics and help ensure safe, timely, and professional package deliveries to the community. No delivery experience is required. This role is best suited for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Load vans and deliver up to 200+ packages per day

  • Drive, climb in and out of the vehicle, and walk upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions

  • Deliver packages safely and punctually

  • Follow strict safety standards on and off the road

  • Use an electronic device for GPS and daily records

  • Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

  • Work primarily independently while maintaining a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Ability to read and speak English for safety

  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment; CDL not required

  • Consent to a drug test

  • Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs. or less

  • Ability to operate and navigate other large delivery vehicles weighing 26,000 lbs. or less

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds during a 10-hour work shift

  • Ability to handle stressful driving demands, including inclement weather

  • Strong communication skills

Work Details

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Up to 10-hour shifts

  • Weekend and holiday availability required

  • Work Location: In person
